Sean founded BizBox in early 2023 to grow proven franchised concepts in Florida and the Southeastern US.

BizBox now has a strong operational infrastructure and a valuable franchisee relationship with 3 Natives, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, and Wahlburgers. Prior to BizBox, Sean founded successful companies in Human Capital, Investment Assets, and Technology.

Sean is also the Founder and CEO of Insight HR Consulting, an HR services firm that specializes in workforce management, training & development, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). BizBox’s alliance with Insight HR Consulting is a key component of its exponential growth strategy.

NED ALGEO

Ned has 20 years of experience leading several global brands and a dozen successful restaurant concepts through every stage of the business lifecycle. From 2018 through 2023, Ned was Chief Financial Officer and a strategic leader in the creation and explosive growth of Xperience Restaurant Group, owner and operator of over 70 large-format restaurants across the US.

In 2022, Ned was named “CFO of the Year” by the Orange County Business Journal and in 2023 he was named one of Orange County’s 500 most influential people.

In February 2024, Ned launched the Multipli Group, which provides holistic solutions to grow restaurant businesses through its subsidiary operations: Multipli Capital and Multipli Management.

MIKE MILLER

For over two decades, Mike has been an integral leader at Founder-led lifestyle brands.

Most recently, as a member of Chipotle Mexican Grill’s Senior Leadership team, he designed and implemented the transformation strategy for talent acquisition, restaffing the Restaurant Support Center functions while upgrading capability throughout the organization.

As the first Recruitment leader at Red Bull North America, Mike partnered closely with the Executive team to ensure a robust pipeline of world-class talent, while delivering a talent brand commensurate with Red Bull’s unique market presence. He also lent his talents to GameStop and Hot Topic during their respective periods of hypergrowth.

He enables organizations to effectively attract talent, build dynamic cultures, ensure scalability, and drive business results.

MARISSA ANDRADA

Marissa Andrada, Culture Master & Kindness Catalyst aka ‘The People Doctor’ has spent over 25 years transforming workplace culture serving in chief human resources roles at some of the world’s most iconic lifestyle brands including Chipotle, Starbucks, Kate Spade, and Red Bull. Through the power of individual connection, Marissa fosters a culture of inclusive leadership, where people are encouraged to thrive and pursue their passions.    

In 2024, Marissa founded her namesake people & culture consultancy leveraging her corporate leadership experience to empower leaders to scale their businesses through the potential of their people. Her unique ability to connect with and inspire others has shaped her career, impacting over 1 million employees and transforming workplace cultures into engines of innovation and wellness.  

Marissa serves as Board Director at Krispy Kreme, Inc., where she chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee championing equitable change and opportunity. Marissa is also shaping the people strategy at WUF World as Chief Culture & Transformation Officer. Marissa is a founding member of the CNBC Executive Workforce Council, sits on the RFK Center for Human Rights Workplace Dignity Advisory Council, serves as an advisor to Guild Education, Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Business Administration, and is an active member of the Rolling Stone Culture Committee and International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.

JASON COCHRAN

Chief Operating Officer, Sweetgreen (NYSE: SG)

Jason Cochran brings over 25 years of executive leadership across high-growth restaurant and retail operations. As Chief Operating Officer of Sweetgreen since May 2025, he oversees Field Operations, Operations Services, and Innovation for the publicly-traded restaurant brand operating 250+ locations, including the rollout of their breakthrough “Infinite Kitchen” robotic kitchen system.

Previously, Jason served as CEO and Board Member of American West Restaurant Group, the third-largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the United States, where he led transformational growth across hundreds of locations. During his tenure as Vice President of Operations Services at Chipotle Mexican Grill (2018-2022), he supported over 3,000 restaurants and $8.6 billion in annual revenue during the company’s successful turnaround. Prior to that Jason has an impressive 14-year progression at GameStop, culminating as Senior Vice President of U.S. Stores, where he managed 4,400 locations generating $7.5 billion in sales.

His proven track record spans strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, technology integration, and large-scale multi-location management across the restaurant, franchise, and retail sectors.
